Qualifications

• 2+ years banking, cashiering or related experience.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
• Coaches staff to improve customer service, sales and operations.
• Develops action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Supervises branch activities in absence of management.
• Cross-sells bank services and products to clients.
• Processes cash transactions and other customer service duties as needed.
