Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a Teller (Client Service Associate) for the Northern Nevada Service Staff team. The hub branch is West Liberty in Reno; hours are Monday through Friday.

The pay range is $18.90–$21.00 per hour, and the role travels among branches within the region. Responsibilities include processing transactions, identifying client needs, and cross-selling products while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing, debit/credit knowledge.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy.
• Identify client needs and offer services like account openings and money transfers.
• Resolve client issues or refer to other resources as needed.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
