The role leads client service staff, coaches for better service and sales, and supports branch operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
• Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills.
• Develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• May supervise branch activities in absence of management.
• Expand client base through selling and coaching, including lending applications.
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
