Addison Group's client in Yukon, Oklahoma seeks a Teller Supervisor to lead the teller team, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure accurate cash handling and customer service.

You will schedule staff, coach team members, conduct audits, and support branch leadership while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and policies. This role offers a competitive salary with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent teller experience or at least 3 years of banking experience.
• Prior supervisory, lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of teller operations, cash handling procedures, and banking regulations.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Current Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to teller staff, promoting accuracy and exceptional customer service.
• Coach team members on identifying customer needs and opportunities to offer banking products and services.
• Create and manage teller schedules and assist with workload distribution.
• Train new employees on branch procedures, cash handling, and compliance.
• Perform cash audits, balancing reviews, and internal controls.
