Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established financial institution in Oklahoma City to hire a Teller Supervisor. The role leads the teller team, ensures accurate cash handling, and delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining branch operations.

The successful candidate will coach staff, manage schedules, train new hires, perform cash audits, and uphold internal controls and regulatory compliance daily.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent teller experience or at least 3 years of banking experience.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of teller operations, cash handling procedures, and banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Current Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with both customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist branch leadership with maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations.

Job Description
