Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months of teller experience.

• Perform all duties of a Service Associate II.
• Consultative selling – engage customers and uncover needs to offer solutions.
• Supervise all Service Associate activities, including customer service, balancing, and workspace maintenance.
• Conduct branch level audits of cash and cash handling equipment.
• Approve checks and deposits per policy.
• Balance ATM transactions.
• Manage money orders and coin/currency orders.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to Office Manager on performance reviews.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Communicate procedural changes to staff.
