Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through accurate and efficient management of daily transactions.
• Assess customer needs and provide information about additional products and services.
• Adhere to fraud prevention and audit standards as it relates to all transactional, operational, customer service and regulatory duties.
• Knowledge of and ability to explain Traditional Bank products and services including checking and savings, mobile banking, online banking and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Greets all persons in a friendly, courteous manner and demonstrates Traditional Bank service standards.
• Cross sells bank products and services.
• Balance and maintain ATM as needed and assist with vault duties.
• Execute daily banking transactions in branch and through drive-up banking.
• Process customer payments including loan payments and debit card payments.
• Maintain cash drawer daily and ensure accurate remittance.
• Research and resolve customer issues in online banking.
