• Completion of Teller training with a passing score on the training post-test.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
• Balance each day, verify cash totals, and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and refer within the branch.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
• May mentor colleagues and assist with training.
