Ameris Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller for the Brunswick branch to provide prompt, professional service and manage teller transactions. You will balance daily totals and assist customers with complex transactions while identifying needs and offering relevant products.

With 1+ year of experience preferred, you will support teammates, participate in training, and contribute to achieving branch sales and service goals in a community-focused environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies and handling complex customer transactions.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and make referrals within the branch.
