Job summary

Coastal1 Credit Union in North Providence, RI is seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily teller line activities at the Mineral Spring Ave Branch. You will supervise staffing, resolve complex transactions, manage cash handling, reconcile cash and ATMs, and ensure BSA/AML compliance while modeling exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of teller experience with strong customer service background.
• Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency with PCs and MS Office; willingness to learn new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the teller line and schedule coverage.
• Resolve questions and issues beyond teller authority; ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile branch cash, vault, ATMs, and coin machines.
• Reconcile daily cash activity; support end-of-day balancing.
• Process Check 21 imaging and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC screening.
