Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise tellers and schedule daily teller activities.
• Assist tellers with customer transactions as needed and mentor staff.
• Reconcile teller line issues and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Verify vault totals, order cash, and oversee daily ATM settlement.
• Provide service and cross-sell bank products; may open accounts and process loans.
