Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; preferred in a credit union or bank.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and cash handling.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional service experiences to members and potential members.
• Analyze members’ needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Perform teller transactions including withdrawals, deposits, and transfers; balance drawer daily.
• Open basic accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and maintain accurate member records.
