Job summary

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides Golden 1 services to members, including checks, money orders, wires and debit card issuance.
• Assesses member needs and documents in EnAct system.
• Identifies opportunities to promote Golden 1 products and services.
• May lead open/close duties in absence of Branch Manager.
• Coaches staff to meet service objectives.
