Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking/credit union preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle challenging member interactions.
• Engage with members to discuss financial goals and recommend products.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and strong arithmetic skills.
• Cash handling experience with daily reconciliation and balancing.
• Proficient with keyboard, 10-key calculator and general office equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service experiences to members and potential members with professional interactions.
• Analyze members’ needs and recommend Pacific Service Credit Union products and services.
• Assist with teller transactions, account maintenance and openings; support lending needs.
• Open basic accounts and process loan applications for new and existing members.
• Maintain accurate member records and support day-to-day operations.
• Balance cash drawer, reconcile transactions, and support vault/ATM as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold credit union values.
