Job summary

Telco Community Credit Union is seeking multiple teller positions at all branch locations in the United States. You will provide basic cash receipt and payment services while promoting Telco's products and services to members.

This role reports to the Branch Manager/Head Teller and emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and adherence to ALFA Standards of Excellence and the credit union's core values. Part-time and full-time options are available with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; prior banking or credit union experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communicator.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately within established procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify cash and negotiable instruments.
• Assist members with forms for STOP payments and Debit/Credit card transactions.
• Provide receipts and respond to member questions and requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and employee information.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures daily.
