Qualifications

• 6+ months of interacting with customer/member experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience or training.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take action to prevent loss.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with members and colleagues.
• Ability to educate and connect members to technology and mobile banking options.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and assist members by introducing them to member service representatives.
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently with knowledge of credit union procedures and products.
• Receive directions from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with members to demonstrate care and complete requested transactions.
• Identify information and services to meet members' financial needs.
