Landmark Credit Union is seeking a full-time teller to serve members with accuracy and professionalism. The role focuses on cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and member inquiries at the branch.

The position requires high school completion and emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving, and reliability. Training may include opening/closing duties and coordination with other staff to support daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly teller services to members with accurate cash handling and balanced drawer.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in ATM balancing if needed.
• Train to perform opening/closing duties with on-site manager.
• Train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• Cross-train to help in other branch positions.
• Attend trainings at headquarters or off-site locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
