Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral, written, telephone, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
• Must be proficient using e-mail and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to every customer with a smile and timely assistance.
• Develop knowledge of bank products/services via training and resources.
• Identify opportunities to cross-share products and refer customers to a platform employee.
• Assist with customer account inquiries (charges, balances, history).
• Refer customers to a platform employee for questions beyond teller scope.
• Balance teller drawer daily and perform end-of-day balancing.
