Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, statement/check copies, safe deposit boxes, etc.).
• Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, and direct to the proper person for information and assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service.
• Cross-sell Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer and daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and daily duties.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
