Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and friendly teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing)
• Handle routine customer questions and refer complex needs to the appropriate staff
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain branch area and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Identify opportunities to offer additional bank services to customers
• Adhere to bank policies, security procedures, and privacy standards
• Represent the bank professionally in person and on the phone
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals
