Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments and issuing official items quickly and accurately.
• Provide unparalleled customer service during every interaction, in person and on the phone.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions and maintain adequate cash.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate staff.
• Support branch leadership with relationship-based selling and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adhere to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.
• Participate in training and self-improvement through internal and external courses.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
