Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction with professionalism in person and on the phone.
• Process routine transactions quickly and accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, issuing official items).
• Identify customer needs for additional services and refer to appropriate staff.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions and maintain adequate cash.
• Work with branch leadership on relationship-based selling skills.
• Contribute to building a positive team environment.
• Pursue self-improvement through training courses and personal curiosity.
• Comply with Bank policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.
