Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate mobile app/ATM usage for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and respond to questions/concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and proper cash handling procedures.
