Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate how to use Citizens mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals.
• Follow all policies, including proper cash handling and applicable laws.
