Job summary

Citizens is seeking a customer-focused teller to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate how to use the Citizens mobile app and ATMs, and help with simple transactions. You will deliver personalized advice and connect customers with Bankers for the next step while upholding all cash handling rules and policies.

You will build meaningful relationships, support the bank's financial goals, and work hours that may include weekends as part of branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience with product referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and demonstrate mobile app or ATMs for transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies; follow cash handling rules.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws and bank procedures.
