Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver exceptional member experiences and build relationships.
Identify member needs and refer products/services when appropriate.
Assist with lobby management and accommodate member flow.
