Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate job-specific software to perform daily tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Daily reliable transportation.
• Role requires consistent standing to perform role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to attend internal education and meetings which in some circumstances could include overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help at all times.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, know account ownership, and be timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
• Maintain a position of trust by keeping all customer business confidential.
• Accept deposits, verify amounts, and endorse checks.
• Process complex multi-step teller transactions.
• Research and resolve customer issues and follow up on resolution.
