Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, know account ownership, respond promptly.
• Keep customer information confidential and maintain trust.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Process complex multi-step teller transactions.
• Research and resolve customer issues, with follow-up on resolution.
• Identify customer needs and refer to platform partners in-branch.
• Make sales calls via phone or Zoom to clients/prospects and log activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of bank products/services.
• Maintain balancing and error records, correct outages, seek help when needed.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training for bank policies.
• Meet scheduled hours to support branch functions.
• Meet Retail Branch Standards including dress code.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
