Job summary

Gate City Bank in Jamestown seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with routine banking transactions, open accounts, and provide a welcoming, accurate service in a busy office.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–6:15 PM with Saturdays rotating 8:30 AM–12:15 PM; compensation includes $18–$19 per hour and a Saturday incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $18-$19 Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
