Gate City Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Bismarck Downtown Office. This part-time, in-office role focuses on daily banking services, helping customers with transactions, opening accounts, and offering fit-for-purpose products.

You’ll work weekday afternoons with rotating Saturdays, earning $18-$19 per hour and access a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options, 401(k) with match, PTO, and wellness programs.

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Bismarck Downtown Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $18-$19
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of afternoons until 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
