Job summary

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Jamestown. You will support customers with routine banking transactions, help open accounts, and explain products that fit financial needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, a welcoming demeanor, and teamwork in a busy office environment.

Schedule includes Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–6:15 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM–12:15 PM. Pay is $18–$19 per hour, plus a Saturday incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is expected.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $18-$19
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!

• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
