Job summary

Gate City Bank in Jamestown, ND, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers at the Jamestown Office. The role focuses on day-to-day banking, relationship building and delivering an exceptional experience.

You will assist with routine transactions, help customers open accounts, maintain cash drawers and adhere to bank policies. Hours are 3:00 PM–6:15 PM weekdays with a Saturday shift, and a $5 Saturday incentive is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
