Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Bismarck Country West office. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling cash, and educating customers about our products.

The position offers guaranteed 15-19 hours per week with occasional Saturday shifts and an additional $5/hour on Saturdays. Responsibilities include assisting customers with transactions, opening new accounts, balancing the cash drawer, and adhering to policies and service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, cash handling, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week Monday - Friday: Afternoon - 6:15 PM (closing), occasional morning shift. Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM-12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)
