The role involves handling daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up, while delivering outstanding client service and developing client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional banking products and services. You will process deposits and payments, cash checks, handle currency, answer client questions, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Delivers outstanding client service and builds client relationships.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, checks, and currency exchanges.
• Records transactions and prepares currency transaction reports as needed.
• Identifies basic cross-sell opportunities and guides clients to appropriate banking products.
• Maintains security by following bank procedures and dual-control measures.
• Assists with special requests such as check ordering, statements, and safe-deposit procedures.
• Participates in team efforts to ensure accurate and efficient service.
