Job summary

Responsibilities include processing deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and completing currency transactions; answering questions; maintaining accuracy; and supporting team with referrals and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in a cash handling role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Answer client questions in person and by telephone.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker.
