Job summary

The role requires handling deposits and payments, answering questions, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while supporting bank operations and team success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong math and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and other transactions.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Record transactions and referrals using 360View.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to bankers.
• Maintain cash drawer and comply with security procedures.
• Participate in training and team initiatives.
