Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and handle withdrawals.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Record transactions and referrals using banking systems.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote bank products.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile cash as needed.
