Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a Teller to enhance the customer banking experience by handling transactions accurately and efficiently. You will balance cash, process deposits and withdrawals, and refer customers to bankers when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window in accordance with bank policy and balance daily.
• Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Process cash and non-cash bank transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Develop relationships with clients and inform them about services.
• Be familiar with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act compliance.
• Perform other duties such as night deposits, ATM balancing, re-orders, and phones.
