Qualifications

• Technology-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking systems such as FIS Horizon.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic teller transactions: deposits, loan payments, verifies cash and endorsements.
• Provides excellent care to clients regarding daily transactions and inquiries.
• Confirms identifications and documents in proper form within limits.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Balances currency, cash, and checks in drawer at end of shift.
• Delivers exceptional customer service across business lines and maintains relationships.
