Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Basic math concepts and accuracy.
• Detail oriented; able to process transactions accurately.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to recognize customer needs and make referrals.
• Ability to meet referral goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn internal technology systems.
• Must pass Teller Simulation test.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift some coins and sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Trustmark professionally and greet customers by name while processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Safeguard assets and balance the teller window daily within bank policies.
• Identify customer needs for additional products by referrals to sales staff.
• Process transactions including night drops, ATM deposits, wire transfers, and other items.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
