Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, provide courteous, professional, and timely teller transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts, and endorse checks.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after verifying member balances.
• Balance cash drawer and research/discrepancies; report to Head Teller or Branch Manager.
• Promote, explain, and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Receive and process loan payments.
