Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a friendly Teller in Lake Stevens, WA. You will welcome clients, handle account transactions, and resolve servicing issues in person while guiding customers to bankers for deeper financial conversations.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, maintaining compliance with policies, and promoting banking products and services. Weekend shifts may be required as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows PC-based applications and calculator.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service by greeting clients and assisting with transactions.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Identify client needs and refer to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Explain banking products and services to clients and promote access channels.
• Adhere to compliance, audit, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Occasionally work Saturdays as directed.
