Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, process withdrawals, and handle cash deposits and currency orders.
• Answer clients' questions in person and by phone.
• Process additional transactions and prepare currency transaction reports.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers for products and services.
• Use 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to partners.
• Process credit card applications and complete special requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks).
• Reconcile cash drawer and ensure proper cash supplies.
