Responsibilities

Processes deposits, loan payments, mortgage payments, credit card payments, escrow payments, cash advances, check cashing, cashier's checks, proof transactions, and foreign currency exchange.
Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone; answers questions and offers solutions.
Reconciles cash drawer and maintains an authorized cash supply; prepares currency for vault.
Identifies cross-sell and referral opportunities by addressing client needs and guiding to other bank products.
Complies with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control and regulatory standards.
Participates in volunteer activities and financial education efforts.
