Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and handle savings withdrawals.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using the 360View system.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile cash transactions.
• Adhere to bank procedures and security protocols; participate in training.
