Job summary

First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. Hayden branch is seeking a Teller to handle daily lobby and drive-up transactions while delivering exceptional client service and building relationships.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and various banking transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. The role involves cross-selling opportunities, basic customer inquiries, and using the bank system to record activities.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, withdrawals, and cashier's checks.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Handle additional transactions including currency processing and reports.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View; manage client requests.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and security per bank procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in training to improve service.
• Support team to deliver consistent client service and meet branch goals.
