Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Account Services Representative to support account holders and branch teams. Responsibilities include handling requests, explaining products and services, and assisting with ITM operations to enhance the member experience.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accuracy in data input, and the ability to work across phone, email, and live chat channels while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures.
• Experience in a call center or financial services environment preferred.
• BSA/OFAC training as required; bondability and background check.
• Ability to operate ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) and provide guidance to members.

Responsibilities

• Handle account holder requests via phone, email, or chat with high-quality service.
• Explain products, rates, fees, and services to members.
• Assist branch staff with research and problem resolution.
• Open accounts via mail or online requests and assist with card services.
• Cross-sell credit union services to members.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and CIP policies.
