Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and post transactions accurately.
• Provide information about products and services and direct to the right departments.
• Cross-sell services to meet member needs and promote credit union value.
• Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
