Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a government or public service setting (preferred).
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor operational plans with the Service Center Manager.
• Communicate strategic planning processes to all team levels to drive customer-focused performance.
• Provide recommendations for resource alignment and monitor productivity across the site.
• Lead, coach and guide a service-site team and provide on-the-job training.
