Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for Telemetry. You will deliver safe patient care, lead family teaching, and supervise nursing staff while maintaining standards in a dynamic Telemetry Unit.

Requirements include active RN license, BLS and ACLS within 30 days, plus Basic Arrhythmia interpretation. BSN preferred; experience in acute care is a plus. Shift flexibility Nights/Days with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate required within 30 days and maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Lead patient/family teaching and nursing team activities.
• Accountable for care of assigned patients.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physician.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment response.
